The first three chapters in the textbook describe some basic word functions such as accessing files, page format, text manipulations, and emailing documents. These chapters also help clarify how to use the new tabs. After studying this section and learning how to use the tabs, I feel the new version of Microsoft Word is much easier and more convenient to use than the old version. I am very comfortable using all of these things. However, tab stops and HTML files are confusing for me, and I am not very comfortable using them yet.
